I grew up outside of Boston dreaming like all young boys of becoming a rock star. Whores, cocaine and hard rock. I never made it as a rock star.
But I could write. Some say very well. I moved to Hollywood on January 1, 2000 and quickly got a job at Hustler. It became apparent that I could take my fallen rock star dreams to a whole new level by becoming the drugged-up, gonzo-style writer the sleaze industry hadn’t yet incorporated yet.
It worked. There were whores, cocaine and lots of hard rock. I made some good friends along the way, gotten some memorable bj’s and tested myself to the limits of excess.
But I survived.
From Hustler I went over to internet gossip site lukeford.com where I further pursued my habits. It got scary at times. Eventually I needed to stop. So I did.
So now I do this wonderful site.
