Teenage couple arrested for having sex on mall store’s floor
Merced Police said they arrested two Ballico teenagers Saturday afternoon on lewd behavior charges after they allegedly were having sexual intercourse in the Mervyns store at the Merced Mall.
The boy and the girl, who were between 14 and 15 years old, were apparently spotted in the home furnishings and luggage departments of the store and were taken into custody at 5:23 p.m., Lt. Bimley West said. West said investigators believe the act was consensual.
Lt. Andre Matthews of the Merced Police Department said Dispatcher Sandra Summers received several telephone calls from angry shoppers who reported seeing the teens. Officers Albert Diaz and Krista Stokes responded to find the teens in the store just as patrons had reported.
The teens were released to their parents pending court dates, Matthews said.

Haha, Merced is a fucking hole. Im surprised they didnt have a goat in between them, for the record I live in Fresno which is not much better
