In Atlanta of all places in America (the biggest black population gain in the country) you would expect that they’d have a little racial tolerance towards black people.
I guess not.
Mulligan’s Bar and Grill has been selling this shirt which basically calls Obama a monkey.
Is it wrong? Is it free speech? Is it funny?
