OLD PEOPLE SMOKE CRACK?

Well here is a good story for a shitty Monday morning: A black guy in Jacksonville, Florida was selling fake crack to people at a nursing home.
He got caught. Police found what looked like crack but turned out to be balled up pieces of bread. He was clearly trying to rip off the old folk for $5 a “rock” which is a good deal if what is inside the foil is actually crack cocaine.
The man is getting the equivalent of selling leavened bread on Passover: sale/manufacture/delivery or possession of a counterfeit control substance — a third-degree felony.
“Because the person on the other end has no idea that it’s fake or real, so whether you’re attempting to sell a fake or real drug, when you’re trying to sell that and you are leading the person to believe it’s a real drug, you’re just as guilty,” Bujeda (of the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office) said.
Score one for the old geezers.
