THANK YOU WILLY SHINE!

The guy to your left is Willy Shine. He once lived in Colorado, then moved to the mean streets of Boston where he got in fights every day because he had a funny haircut. When I met him, he was bartending at a club called Zanzibar through a window in the kitchen. He graduated soon after to an actual bar, where he flourished as both a drink maker and a lady killer.
That was like 15 years ago. Willy has since thrived in the cocktail business, having worked at BED in NYC and creating drinks for the famous Palm restaurant chain with such fan favorites as The Vixen and Honeysuckle along with his partner Aisha Sharpe.
So anyway, Willy and I have been through a lot over the years - the crate - and when it came time to throw my birthday pool party I thought of no one but him to call about a cool drink to serve the guests.
And boy did Willy deliver! He sent me two recipes for Sangria, one red and one white. Sure, they cost a ton of money to make due to the top shelf booze he insisted I use, but everyone was way fucked up from them after two or three cups (even the alcoholic Testa!).
I’m selling his recipe to the highest bidder, but don’t tell him, okay?
